We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Operations Assistant in the Waterbury / Wolcott, CT area. This is a great opportunity that is open due to a promotion. This is a fulltime permanent position onsite M-F (9am - 5pm). 40K- 43K Base + Benefits Package
Responsibilities:
- Ensure maintenance sanitation, and support for production, warehouse and maintenance operations.
- Clean production areas and equipment, manage pest control, and track supplies.
- Perform inspections and address issues
- Operate equipment, weigh/load ingredients and assist with production tasks
- Pack and label products
- Assist with loading and verifying orders
- Support equipment upkeep and adjustments.
Requirements:
- 1+ manufacturing experience preferred
- Associate’s Trade Degree preferred
- Must be able to lift 50-60lbs safely
- Valid driver’s license and background check required
